Our standard access platform hire includes the machine itself, operator manual, safety equipment (harnesses where required), full tank of fuel (for diesel machines), and delivery/collection. We also provide operator familiarization, 24/7 breakdown support, and full insurance coverage. Additional services like IPAF training, extra fuel, or extended hire periods can be arranged separately.

Surface requirements vary by machine type. Indoor platforms typically need solid, level surfaces. Rough terrain machines can handle slopes and uneven ground within specified limits. Spider lifts have specific ground pressure requirements. We'll assess your site conditions and recommend suitable equipment. Ground bearing pressures and maximum gradients are provided in the specifications for each machine.

We provide 24/7 breakdown support. If a machine fails, our service team will respond within agreed timeframes (typically 4 hours). If we can't fix the issue on-site, we'll arrange a replacement machine as quickly as possible. Breakdown coverage is included in your hire rate, except for operator misuse or damage.
