Our hire rates include the power tool itself, essential accessories, spare batteries for cordless tools, delivery and collection within our service areas, basic damage waiver, and safety instructions. For weekly hires and above, delivery and collection are free of charge. Additional services such as extended insurance coverage, specialized accessories, and consumables are available at extra cost.

In the unlikely event of a tool malfunction, contact our customer service team immediately. We'll arrange a replacement tool to be delivered as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours. All our tools are thoroughly tested before hire, but if a genuine fault occurs, we'll ensure minimal disruption to your project and you won't be charged for the downtime.

All our power tools come with basic operating instructions. For more complex equipment, our delivery team can provide a brief demonstration upon request. We also offer comprehensive online guides and videos for all our tools. For specialized training needs, we can arrange professional on-site training sessions at an additional cost.
