Standard payment terms for trade accounts are 30 days from the invoice date. Invoices are generated at the end of each hire period or monthly for ongoing hires. We offer multiple payment methods including bank transfer, direct debit, and credit card. Setting up a direct debit is recommended for seamless payments and to avoid any late fees. For high-volume customers with excellent payment history, extended payment terms may be available upon request after 6 months of account activity.

Credit limits are determined based on several factors including your business's financial history, time in operation, credit score, and anticipated hire volume. Initial credit limits typically range from £1,000 to £10,000 depending on these factors. As you build a positive payment history with us, you can request credit limit increases. We review accounts regularly and may proactively increase your limit if your payment history is excellent and your hire volume justifies it. If you need a higher limit for a specific project, temporary increases can be arranged.
